Applications of BBa_M36850
Successfully transfected HeLa cells with protein. For sample size = 3, no increased toxicity observed at 37C compared with GFP transfected HeLa cells control. No significant increased viability at 27C or 4C observed compared with GFP transfected HeLa cells control.
